Katie's Class Timetable
​Mondays:
8am Body conditioning - 
45 minutes (small weights needed)
9am Body Combat - 55 minutes 
6pm Bounce - 45 minutes (mini trampoline workout)
 
Tuesdays:
9.30am Pilates - 55 minutes
6pm HIIT - 45 minutes
7pm Pilates - 55 minutes
 
Wednesdays:
8am Body conditioning - 45 minutes (small weights needed)
9.30am Pilates - 55 minutes
6pm Body conditioning - 45 minutes (small weights needed)
 
Thursdays:
9.30am Pilates - 55 minutes 
6pm HIIT - 45 minutes
 
Fridays:
8am Abs galore - 30 minutes
9am Piyo - 50 minutes
10am Bounce - 45 minutes 
 
Saturdays:
9am Body Pump - 55 minutes (weights needed)
 
Sundays:
9am Body Combat - 55 minutes

All classes are run on Zoom and are to be paid for by voluntary contribution or unlimited classes for a month £30.  Please see the link below for more information:
